Some people make the work. Some people make it possible. For twenty years I've done both: an eye and a hand trained in design, put to problems that also need analysis, structure and a business mind. I've been a one-person team and I've directed elite multidisciplinary ones, pushing the field forward along the way. Give me complexity and I'll break it down until a creative team can do its best work inside it.
